  • Monday - Thursday 5:30 - 6:25pm

    Week in Review class Sat 9:30am-11:00

    Ages 7-13

    Members only

    Learn safe self-defense techniques through distance management and body control, promoting physical skills like coordination and agility, and instilling core values such as discipline, respect, confidence, and teamwork in a structured fun, and age-appropriate environment.

  • Monday - Thursday 6:30 - 7:30pm

    Week in Review Class 9:30am - 11:00am

    Ages 14+

    Members only

    Prioritizes safety, escapes, and realistic scenarios with techniques like striking defense and standing up. Also includes elements of sports Jiu Jitsu to focus on getting to a dominant position for control and submissions.

  • Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 8:30pm

    Saturdays after 11:00am

    Ages 14+

    Members Only

    Focuses on winning matches under specific rules with strategies for points, positional control, and submission without strikes. Uses intense sparring and technical drills to build muscle memory for tournaments.

    Drop in rate: $20

    An informal, unstructured training session where all belts can come together to freely practice techniques, drill, or spar with various partners in a relaxed environment without a set curriculum or instructor-led guidance.

    Personalized, focused instruction with one-on-one or two-on-one attention to accelerate learning, refine techniques, and customize training plans to specific goals and skill levels in a private setting.

    For men who want the benefits of Jiu Jitsu—but don’t have time for a full class schedule—our Executive Coaching program offers private, one-on-one training built around your day.

    These sessions are focused, efficient, and completely personalized to your goals, experience level, and physical needs. Whether you're brand new or looking to sharpen your game, this is the fastest way to progress.

    Most clients train during their lunch break, get a great workout, clear their head, and head back to work sharper than when they arrived.
